Brintnell, Edmonton

Brintnell is a newer neighbourhood in north east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. According to the 2005 Municipal Census, there were 154 residences in the neighbourhood. Approximately nine out of ten (91%) of the residences were single family dwellings, with all but one of the remaining fourteen residences being duplexes, triplexes or quadruplexes[1][2].
The neighbourhood is bounded on the north by 167 Avenue, on the south by 153 Avenue, on the east by Manning Drive, and on the west by 50 Street.
