Brighton Belle, Winsford

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Brighton Belle is a public house on Middlewich Road in Winsford, Cheshire, England.

[edit] History

The Brighton Belle was known as the Railway Inn until 1972, when a Pullman carriage from the Brighton Belle train was added to function as a restaurant.[1] In the next 26 years the the carriage became a local landmark[1] until it was removed in 1998 because the cost of refurbishment in situ was prohibitive.
