Bridgid Nzekwu

Bridgid Nzekwu (born 1971) is a television reporter and news presenter on the United Kingdom's Channel 4 News.
She graduated from the University of London in 1992 with a First Class Honours degree in European Studies. After university she became a news media consultant, advising companies on CD-ROM and internet development.
Nzekwu’s broadcasting career began in 1997 as a producer on The Big Breakfast News, then as a reporter for First Edition (news and current affairs for young people), followed by Channel Four News and Channel 4's political current affairs programme, Powerhouse.
Since 1999, Nzekwu has additionally presented news summaries for Channel 5, First Edition for Channel 4 Learning, and ITN’s 24-hour Newschannel.
She has co-presented Channel 4 News since August 2000.
