[edit] History

They were the expansion franchise that was granted to Halifax after Team Pepsi was moved to New Glasgow, Nova Scotia to become the Weeks Crushers in 2004.

In 2008, the franchise was moved to Bridgewater. The move is conditional, but may lead to the Antigonish Bulldogs moving to Halifax in their place.
