The Brickell Financial Center is an under construction skyscraper office complex in downtown Miami, Florida. The complex is located on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Southeast 7th Street.
The complex contains the state of Florida's first building to be pre-certified under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).[1] It includes office space, a hotel, luxury condominiums and a public plaza. Brickell Financial Centre Phase I will have 40 floors and is scheduled for completion in 2009. Brickell Financial Centre Phase II, scheduled for completion in 2008, will be the tallest building in Miami and Florida upon completion, at 903 feet (275 m). It will contain 68 floors.
