Brian O'Callaghan (born February 24, 1981 in Limerick, Ireland), is a professional footballer. He is 6’01” and weighs 13 stone.
Brian started off at Barnsley where he made over 90 appearances, but he was soon out of favour and got released, where he then spent a short spell behind the bar at Tankersley Manor where he earned employee of the month several times. He then had a trial at Crewe Alexandra but due to injuries it was ended. He was signed by Notts County in 2005 for 1 year. On the 3rd of July, 2006, Brian signed for City on a 6 month contract.
Brian can operate at right-back, centre-back or in the midfield area, so is a very versatile member of the team. At City he is hoping to help the team remain title contenders and also aid the team in European competition.
On January 14, 2008, he joined Conference National side Halifax Town on loan, but left on February 16.
