Brian Leonard Kilby (born February 26, 1938 in Coventry, England) is a retired marathon runner from Great Britain, whose best year was 1962. He then won the gold medal in the men's marathon at the European Championships and at the 1962 Commonwealth Games. He represented Great Britain two years later, at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, where he finished fourth in the men's marathon.
