Brian Jeffares

Brian R Jeffares is an elected member of Taranaki Regional Council, and was Mayor of Stratford, New Zealand, from 1998 to 2007. Jeffares has a background in building and real estate, and also some radio work. Jeffares and his wife Diann have three children.[1] As well as his position as Mayor, Jeffares is chairman of the Taranaki Electricity Trust, a trustee on the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter Trust, chair of the Stratford Health Trust, and a member of the previous Hospital Advisory Committee.[2]
