Brian Hall (cricketer)

Brian Hall was a first class cricketer who played one match for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1952.
A right arm medium fast bowler, he opened the bowling and took one wicket, that of Maurice Tremlett, for 55 against the M.C.C. at Lord's. Batting at number 11 he scored 10 and 4 as Yorkshire collapsed to an innings defeat. He also caught Freddie Brown off the bowling of Brian Close.
He played for Yorkshire Second XI from 1952 to 1956.
Born on September 16, 1929 in Morley, he died on February 27, 1989 in Doncaster.
