Brian Forster

Brian Forster (born April 14, 1960) was the second actor to play the role of Chris Partridge in the television series The Partridge Family. He joined the show in 1971, replacing Jeremy Gelbwaks,[1] and continued until the show ended in 1974.[2] As of 2002/2003, he was an race car driver in Northern California, and continued to act in community theater there.[3]

On one occasion, a fan asked Brian what he thought of the movie Days of Thunder. Forster replied that it was "...very fake and phony." Brian had taken a girlfriend (who also happened to be one of his racing-students) to see the film; she asked him to tap her shoulder every time there was a "flub" on-screen. "She got very little sleep while that picture was running," joked Forster.[citation needed]

Forster is the grandson of actor Alan Napier, who portrayed Alfred the Butler in the Batman series, and the great-great-great grandson of Charles Dickens.[4]
