Brian Farrell L.C. (b. 8 February 1944) is a Roman Catholic Bishop and currently Secretary of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity.

Bishop Farrell was born in Dublin, Ireland. He studied for the priesthood and was ordained on 26 November 1969, joining the Legionaries of Christ. He served as a priest in Dublin until 19 December 2002 when he was appointed Titular Bishop of the titular see of Abitinae and Secretary of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity under Cardinal Walter Kasper within the Roman Curia by Pope John Paul II. He was ordained by the Pope in 2003.

Bishop Farrell is the older brother of Kevin Farrell, currently Bishop of Dallas.
