Brian Fahlstrom

Brian Fahlstrom (born 1978) is an artist based in Los Angeles.

Fahlstrom was born in Kansas City. He is a painter whose abstract work has been compared to artists such as De Kooning and Cezanne[1] He uses multiple layers of paint in his compositions and takes inspiration from a variety of art historical examples.[2]

He received his MFA from the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, in 2003.
