Brian Eastick

Brian Eastick (born?) is currently head coach of the England under 19 side.

Brian has had a long and interesting career involved in coaching for over 30 years. He has coached at QPR, Chelsea, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leyton Orient, Coventry City, Crewe Alexandra and Sheffield United. Between 1988 & 1995 Brian worked part-time at the FA's National School at Lilleshall before leaving to take up a role as assistant to Bryan Hamilton in manageing the Northern Ireland side. He worked with Northern Ireland between 1995 & 1998. Brian also assisted Don Givens with the Republic of Ireland under-21's in 2005.

Brian spent 7 years as Academy manager of Birmingham City and develpoed it from scratch before spending 2 years as Academy manager of Newcastle United during Sir Bobby Robson's reign as manager.

On 11 August 2005 Brian was appointed a national coach with the FA and took responsibility for the England under-18 side. When Martin Hunter stepped down in June 2006 to take up a role as first team coach with Norwich City Brian stepped up to coach the under-19's.
