Brian David Barden (born April 2, 1981 in Templeton, California) is a Major League Baseball infielder in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. He has played as a second baseman, third baseman, and shortstop. He was drafted out of Oregon State University by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the sixth round of the 2002 amateur draft, but was later traded to St. Louis.
He went to St. Pius X elementary school, the same elementary school as former teamate Carlos Quentin, but was one grade ahead. He currently lives with his wife Ashley and daughter Averie.
