"BCHS exists to help Christian parents fulfill their God-given responsibility of diligent teaching and seeks to implement Christ's command of making disciples. By philosophy, purpose and design, Brethren Christian is dedicated to providing a Christ-centered, high quality education program consistent with Biblical truth. BCHS ministers to the whole person by fostering individual growth and preparing students for responsible interaction in society."

This passage, and much of the rest of the article, reads more like evangelical prosthelysing and propaganda than an encylopedia article. Phrases like 'Biblical truth' and 'God-Given' are not very NPOV, and are statements of opinions, not verifiable fact. The article needs to be rewritten to adhere to the NPOV policy. I cannot do it. as I do not have the time. ObsidianBlack 19:06, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

It isn't hard to eliminate some of this--and after all, it is an objective fact that their mission is what they declare it to be, to promote their religion. I've started. DGG 18:59, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
I don't see any of the aforementioned statements now, so I guess it's safe to remove the tag. Removing. Jumping cheese Cont@ct 08:58, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] why the tag?

The athletic and musical accomplishments are clearly asserted, so, as I am not the author, I can and did remove the tag. I think this article would pass muster at AfD. If, upon further consideration of the article as presently revised, anyone still disagrees, they certainly have the right to nominate it and see what the consensus will be.
