[edit] Dispute of Pageant History

If this information is true, I would think that this individual would show on the Miss Texas USA article and does not. Also, in order to compete in and be runner-up at Miss Universe, would likely have had to been Miss USA at some point. The only reference that I can find to this information is in the individual’s autobiography on their web site. --Brian G 12:34, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

Nobody connected to the pageant system, would ever refer to "Miss Texas USA" as "Miss Texas Universe". And as you said, she would have to win Miss USA to compete for Miss Universe. So, its bunk, and should be removed. --Rob 14:56, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

You are all thinking miss as in beauty contest, when I wrote it I was thinking miss as in fitness contest (The Green Fish 10:13, 17 July 2006 (UTC))
