Fair use: in the BrettSpielWelt article, this is used to illustrate the software client which is the primary focus of the article. Only a small portion of the client is illustrated -- just the initial game manager screen. There is no way to replace this software image with a non-free version, as it fundamentally illustrates a copyrighted work.
