Church, A. B. Frost, and E. W. Kemble. Its use here causes no financial harm to Disney.

No; it is extremely unlikely that Disney will release this image under a free license.

Other information The design of the character Br'er Fox as portrayed in Song of the South and related media is owned by Disney (unlike the character name) and differs sigficantly in appearance from the public domain illustrations in editions of the original Joel Chandler Harris work released prior to the film's debut.
