While the copyright to the films and its screenshot belongs to Soyuzmultfilm I believe that using the screenshot to illustrate article Bremenskie muzykanty constitutes fair use as described by the us law:

• It is a single screenshot from an animation movie
• The resolution of the image is very low, all the copies made out of it will be of very low quality
• The animation is very old and until 1991 was considered public doamin outside be United States
• Distribution of the screenshot does not negatively interfere with the copyright holder selling copies of the movie
• The screenshot is used for the information purposes only
• Inclusion of the screenshot greatly improves the critical review of the movie in the article as it shows the stylistic of the movie

While the copyright to the films and its screenshot belongs to Soyuzmultfilm I believe that using the screenshot to illustrate article Bremenskie muzykanty constitutes fair use as described by the us law:

• It is a single screenshot from an animation movie
• The resolution of the image is very low, all the copies made out of it will be of very low quality
• The animation is very old and until 1991 was considered public doamin outside be United States
• Distribution of the screenshot does not negatively interfere with the copyright holder selling copies of the movie
• The screenshot is used for the information purposes only
• Inclusion of the screenshot greatly improves the article as it shows style of one of the most prominent and characteristic animation its produces
