While the copyright to the films and its screenshot belongs to Soyuzmultfilm I believe that using the screenshot to illustrate article Bremenskie muzykanty constitutes fair use as described by the us law:
- It is a single screenshot from an animation movie
- The resolution of the image is very low, all the copies made out of it will be of very low quality
- The animation is very old and until 1991 was considered public doamin outside be United States
- Distribution of the screenshot does not negatively interfere with the copyright holder selling copies of the movie
- The screenshot is used for the information purposes only
- Inclusion of the screenshot greatly improves the critical review of the movie in the article as it shows the stylistic of the movie

- It is a single screenshot from an animation movie
- The resolution of the image is very low, all the copies made out of it will be of very low quality
- The animation is very old and until 1991 was considered public doamin outside be United States
- Distribution of the screenshot does not negatively interfere with the copyright holder selling copies of the movie
- The screenshot is used for the information purposes only
