Brett Rosebury

Brett Rosebury is an Australian rules football field umpire in the Australian Football League. He has umpired 119 career games in the AFL. [1] [2]

Rosebury ws one of four senior AFL umpires appointed during the 2006 AFL season. He is believed to be the youngest ever appointed in VFL/AFL history. [3]

He umpired his first match in the West Australian Football League at only 18 years of age - also a new record for the youngest umpire in that league. [3]

Rosebury was a clerk with a mining company before being enlisted by the AFL. [3]

He began his umpiring career with the South Suburban Junior Football Umpires Association (SSJFUA), in Western Australia.
