Brett Michael Poulos (born 1987) is a Texas college student involved in a dispute over gun rights. The Associated Press reported in May 2008 that he claimed Tarrant County College "violated some students' constitutional rights by not allowing them to wear empty gun holsters as part of a nationwide protest over campuses' ban on concealed weapons".[1][2]

Poulos serves as a national media liaison for Students for Concealed Carry on Campus and is involved with the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE).[3][4]
