Bret Baier

Bret Baier is the Fox News Channel's chief White House correspondent, based in Washington, D.C. He previously was the network's Pentagon correspondent.
Joining Fox News in 1998, Baier has covered a number of stories including the September 11th attacks, the Kosovo War,the invasion of Iraq, and the latest about the current occupation of Iraq, and War of Terror.
In addition, he has also been a guest host for Weekend Live and one of the rotating hosts of The Big Story Primetime.
Baier attended DePauw University, class of 1992. He was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity.
Baier was at one time a resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Baier and his wife, Amy, have a son, Paul (b. July 2007), who was born with a potentially fatal heart defect. After multiple surgeries, Paul has recovered.
Baier is a Roman Catholic and attends Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Georgetown. [1]
