Brendan Mullin is a former Ireland international rugby union player.

Born in Jeruselem on 30th October 1963, Mullin was educated at one of the leading Irish schools rugby nurseries Blackrock College, Dublin. A Leinster and Irish Schoolboy international, Mullin went on to further education at Dublin University and also earned Rugby blues whilst at Oxford University.
During the early part of his year, Brendan earned the nickname "Ecru" (the name of a fashionable Dublin menswear boutique a the time) which reflected his languid but highly skilful fotballing abilities.

A leading Irish Rugby International in the mid to late 1980's, Brendan accumulated 55 Irish caps between his debut against Australia in 1994 and his final Irish cap in 1989 against New Zealand.
He toured Australia in 1989 with the British and Irish Lions and at the time played club rugby for Blackrock College RFC .
