The Breeks Memorial Anglo-Indian School, is a private school located in Charing Cross, Ootacamund, Tamil Nadu. It is named after James Wilkinson Breeks, the first Commissioner (Collector) of the Nilgiris, who founded it in 1874.
The School was started in a heritage building, which is now a part of the Nilgiris District Court Complex. It was moved to Charing Cross near the landmark Adams Fountain in 1886. Currently, the School is affiliated to the Anglo-Indian Board of Education.
The Breeks All-India Hr Sec School, opened in 1974, is located on the same campus and follows the Central Board of Secondary Education. The School is managed separately.
