Bredwardine is a village off the B4352 road in the west of the county of Herefordshire.
Features include a stone bridge over the River Wye, a historic mid 18th century coaching inn named the Red Lion, St Andrews Church and the site of Bredwardine Castle. The Wye Valley Walk passes through the village.
The diarist Francis Kilvert lived in a vicarage on the other bank of the river.
