THE CAST:

Taies Farzan Narges Rashidi Jasmin Wagner Tina Mcervale souzan Alavi

Concept:

the film has an ALL WOMEN cast (and most purposedly two Iranian lead Actresses as Shokof dedicated this movie to the freedom of women world wide and most specifically Iranian women in his own home land Iran, where he believes women are most brutally under dictatorial treatments by Islamic Republic of Iran that is currently ruling his country) except for a scene where a nose of a man (shokof,s nose) is to be seen in a most hillarious perspective, where the lead actresses make fun of the man,s nose (greatly underestimating the machoism of men,s world). shokof makes a remarkable attempt in an all woman movie and in a Genre (Gangster-Comedy)to show that women can do it all without any participation of a male actor throughout such a Genre which is usually dominated by male actors.the results are vivid, and most comic in some rare moments in the film history.more critics can be read about this very daring production in the IMDB reports.

Award;

the film won the best Director,s award for Shokof at the International Film and Video Festival in Los Angeles in 2007.
