"Breakdown" is a song by post grunge band Seether. It is the third track on their album Finding Beauty In Negative Spaces. Shaun Morgan has stated that the song is about former girlfriend Amy Lee from Evanescence, but not neccesarily a reply to "Call Me When You're Sober", which was written about their relationship.[citation needed]
