Brea-Olinda, Brea, California

Brea-Olinda is a small master planned community located in the city of Brea, California. Completed in approximately June of 2005, this community houses only about 5,200 residents and is almost 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²) in size. The community is completely composed of development after the year of 2000. A variety of housing types from large estate homes to studio apartments can be found in this master planned community. There currently are no services in the community, except for a few scattered community parks. It is bordered by the Olinda Alpha Landfill and Chino Hills State Park.
