I see that you added this to your userpage. I have removed it because your userpage is not semi-protected. Adding the template does not protect the page and you shouldn't transclude it on your userpage unless it is. Protection of any kind can only be done by asking an administrator to do so or by requesting it on Requests for page protection. I'm not an administrator, but I can safely tell you that your userpage doesn't need semi-protection right now as the only editor who has edited it, is you.
