Bradmaster0: Deletion tags are not to be removed in such a manner. Thanks. Lancer Sykera 01:06, 13 December 2005 (UTC) Why?

  • Because, I put it there for a reason - the page should be deleted. Deletion tags are not to be removed by anoyone but an admin making a decision on it, or another editor refining or modifying the tag. Lancer Sykera 01:10, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
    • I was adding the welcome message (below) when I saw the previous messages. To help answer your question Bradmaster0, the deletion notice itself says: "If you disagree with its speedy deletion, please explain why on its talk page." So the proper procedure is to explain why you feel the deletion tag is unjustified on the talk page. If, as you mentioned in one of your edit summaries, you are still working on the article and it is a "work in progress", consider using the "Preview" button until the article is more complete. Thanks! --PeruvianLlama(spit) 01:13, 13 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Sandbox

Hello, Bradmaster0, welcome to Wikipedia. I see you've been editing in the sandbox. That's great - the sandbox is an excellent area to practice your editing skills, but the heading at the top must not be removed.

The sandbox has a special header at the top {{Please leave this line alone (sandbox heading)}}, which is an important notice to new users. Please do not remove this line. Do feel free to edit and type anything below the header on the page, though!

Also, although the sandbox is a practice area, edits in the sandbox must still conform to the good behavior rules that apply to the rest of Wikipedia. That means no behavior which is offensive or irritating to the majority of Wikipedia users. No insulting comments should ever be placed in the sandbox.

By the way, this is your user talk page where any other Wikipedia user can leave you messages. Happy editing! Thanks, Georgia guy 01:58, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Bradmaster0: About the Vandelism

I did it because they got rid of my page. It wasn't immature. It made sence.

Hi, I just want to let you know there is never a reason to blank an other editor's user or talk page. If an article you created was speedy deleted you should ask why it was and explain why it should be recreated. If it was deleted through AfD and those users voted to delete, that still does not make it alright to blank user pages'. AfD is a process that allows wikipedians to come to a consensus on if an article should be deleted or not. Thanks.
