Well, Mr. Brandt Schneider, class of 1987 graduate, and former coach of the Newtown High School indoor track team, I am curious as to why you have deleted the current article amendments. I appreciate your ongoing investment in the school, but there is no reason to delete the recently posted material. It is properly cited, and just because you disagree with the style of writing does not mean it is necessarily “silly”. I respect your editing decision, but I also ask you to respect mine. I take it that you have been out of Newtown High for a long time, and you are not aware of the currently student attitudes and their perceptions towards their school. I believe that this article currently reflects the contemporary student body of Newtown High School and addresses their concerns, which have been largely ignored. Although you may not disagree with this material, it does not give the right to destroy it. I ask you this : What better way to tell history than by those who are making it? Please do not subjectively edit material anymore.----

We monitor school pages as part of a class project. Your edits really do not fit the rules of wikipedia. It took us awhile to figure them out. Use the talk page to propose the edits. I would like to see the citations for what you write.

As you can see, there has been substantial vandalsim of the NHS page.BrandtSchneider (talk) 03:07, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
