It is not strange. The clubs did not participated of the match-fixing. Only the referees mentioned in the article and some betting websites did. Carioca 18:56, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

It says they were paid by investors, I assumed they were investors of the clubs involved? If not, that should be clarified. --Awiseman 18:57, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
