Re: Request for deletion

Hi Folks, Bielle, etc.

Just a note to indicate that I, the author of this article, have no connection to the brewery which is its subject. I am a craft beer enthusiast, and I have begun creating articles for notable small breweries on which I have gathered significant information. This article is modeled on my previous one for Brasserie Fantome, which does not seem to have attracted the same negative comment. My intent is to provide objective factual information and conform to NPOV, etc. If there is particular language that anyone finds not acceptable, please do feel free to edit or suggest a change to me.

Anyhow, I think most beer enthusiasts would agree that inclusion in the RateBeer and BeerAdvocate web sites is sufficient indication of the notability of a brewery. However, I will add some other references from Reliable Sources, such as Phil Markowski's book Farmhouse Ales: Culture and Craftsmanship in the Belgian Tradition, which make note of Thiriez. This work is considered a reference standard for the beer styles made by this brewery.
