I believe this constitutes fair use because I intend to insert this picture in the section about Bradley Nowell's memorial and burial. This picture was taken by a fan of Sublime and I doubt they most likely would like to have this picture used on Bradley's Wikipedia page, as some comments were made that he deserves a better biography than what is offered on the "Find a Grave" website. -- Andrew Parodi 08:36, 6 November 2005 (UTC)
