Brandy Hill is a suburb of the Port Stephens Local Government Area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia.[2][3]
Originally a part of the "Eskdale" estate and part of the suburb of Seaham, Brandy Hill was referred to in the past as the "Oakey Paddock". The land was subdivided in the 1980s and now supports a moderate population and is regarded as a rather affluent rural address. The estate, which received confirmation of its approval as a locality during 2000,[3] overlooks working farmland and offers superb views of the greater Morpeth area, with visibility extending to Maitland. It is almost surrounded by Seaham.[4]
