Brandt mle 27/31

The mle 27/31 mortar was a regulation weapon of the French army during the Second World War. It was copied by numerous countries.

Conceived and manufactured by the Brandt company, it is a simple and effective weapon. It is loaded at the muzzle, the munition being fired by falling on a fixed firing pin. It requires a crew of 3 men. It can be disassembled into 3 loads and is equipped with a bipod.
