The Brandon University Students' Union (BUSU) represents undergraduate, graduate, and distance students at Brandon University in Manitoba, Canada. BUSU is a non-profit organization represents approximately 3,300 students. BUSU, Local 37 of the Canadian Federation of Students, was incorporated in 1969 as the students' organization of Brandon University. BUSU is located in the Knowles-Douglas Centre at Brandon University.

- Service provider of programs and support services to Brandon University students
- Lobby on behalf of student at the local, provincial and federal levels,
- Work with the other member locals of the Canadian Federation of Students
- Represent students within decision-making bodies at Brandon University, such as the Board of Governors and Senate
- Provide funding for student clubs and organizations
BUSU owns and operates the Students' Union Drinking Spot (SUDS). 2007 marks the 20th anniversary of SUDS.
