Brandon Anthony Middleton (born January 2, 1981 in Waterloo, Iowa) is an American football wide receiver for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played college football at Houston.

Due to an injury of starting wide receiver Roy Williams late in the 2007 season, Middleton saw increased playing time. On December 15, 2007 in a game against the San Diego Chargers, Middleton caught his first career touchdown on a pass from quarterback Jon Kitna.
