Bramham Horse Trials

Bramham Horse Trials is one of the UK's premier 3-day horse-riding events, taking place every June on the Lane Fox's Bramham Park Estate, near Leeds in Yorkshire. The event attracts an average of 45,000 spectators.

The event first ran in 1974 and now runs as a CCI*** event, attracting top riders and horses, and also incorporates the Under-25 championship and other attractions such as the Winergy Burghley Young Event Horse competition, BSJA showjumping, showing classes and a range of rural attractions and tradestands.

The winner William Fox-Pitt of 2005 also claimed 2nd place, with Mr Dumbledore and Idalgo respectively, as was one of only a few riders to successfully negotiate Sue Benson's stiff cross country track.
