Bradley Ryan Elder (born March 17, 1975) is an American professional golfer.

Elder was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is currently a member of the PGA Tour. He played on the Nationwide Tour in 1999 and won two events that year and that allowed him to move up to the PGA Tour. He played on the PGA Tour from 2000 to 2003 and did not have much success. He re-joined the Nationwide Tour in 2004. In 2007 he finished in the top 25 on the Nationwide Tour's money list to re-gain his PGA Tour card for 2008. In 2007 he won the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open for the second time. He won it back in 1999 when it was known as the NIKE Wichita Open. His best finish on the PGA Tour was in 2000 at the SEI Pennsylvania Classic where he finished tied for second.

Elder won the Haskins Award in 1997 for most oustanding collegiate golfer.
