Brachytarsophrys carinensis is a species of amphibian in the Megophryidae family. It is found in Myanmar and Thailand. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, and intermittent rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
