The Boynton Beach Mall is a one-story, enclosed shopping mall located in Boynton Beach, Florida. The Boynton Beach Mall features Macy’s, Dillards, JCPenney and Sears, along with over 135 specialty stores and eateries.
[edit] History
The Boynton Beach Mall opened in 1985.
In the center of the mall, there used to be a fountain with a large monarch butterfly atop a waterfall, which fell in short bursts, so as to create an unusual sound.
On 4 May 2007, Muvico Theaters opened a 14-screen theater near the new mall entrance on the north side, the former location of a second Macy's, which was demolished to make way for several new restaurants and stores.
