Boylan "Titans" Central Catholic High School is a private Catholic school in the city of Rockford, Illinois. Opened in 1960, Boylan is Rockford's only Catholic high school, currently consisting with a student body of 1279. Boylan has received several academic accolades throughout its 45-year history. Most notably, the school has thrice won the Blue Ribbon School Award from the US Department of Education, a feat matched by just twenty-eight other schools nationwide. Boylan offers a high quality education and one of the better sports programs in Rockford and northern Illinois. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockford.

Boylan belongs to the NIC-10 Conference. Student athletes are required to abide by all school and IHSA eligibility standards. There are 21 boys' and girls' teams as well as freshman, sophomore and varsity cheerleading and sophomore and varsity poms. 2004-2005:
