Boyd Gordon (born October 19, 1983 in Unity, Saskatchewan) is a professional ice hockey right winger who currently plays for the Washington Capitals of the NHL.

Gordon was drafted in the 1st round, 17th overall by the Washington Capitals in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

In 2007, he was given the nickname "Muffins". After the Capitals' 4–3 overtime win over the Los Angeles Kings February 8th, 2007, Caps' goalie Olaf Kolzig was quoted as saying "I keep razzing him about how weak his shot is, and I just told him he went up in the rankings after that goal. Maybe [Garon's] scouting report on 'Gordo' was that he throws muffins and was just surprised at how fast it came."[1] in regards to Gordon's shorthanded goal in the second period.
