[edit] Corporate Advertising Posing as Encyclopedic Entry
Why are some "technical corporation" pages allowed and others removed?
B&W is just one of hundreds of loudspeaker manufacturers on the planet.
I'm not sure why ANY coporate entity is allowed to posture on Wiki - except for those rare corporations that any have some true encyclopedic interest, such as IBM. 66.82.9.61 15:01, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Can you explain what you mean exactly with 'encyclopedic interest' and why it should go for a computer company and not for a hifi company? If you look in wikipedia at -for example- game consoles, you will find an enormous amount of product and company entries. Robot1981 (talk) 20:43, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
I notice that there is no mention of Wilkins??
Wouldn't it be better to restructure this page according to -for example- the KEF page structure and focus on more factual/historical information instead of product specifications? Robot1981 (talk) 20:43, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
