Bowral Railway Station is a station on the Southern Highlands line of the CityRail intercity network, serving the large town of Bowral, New South Wales, Australia. The station opened on 2 December 1867. The station has two platforms that serve the diesel railcars that use the line as well as CountryLink services between Sydney, and Melbourne, Canberra, and Griffith.
The platforms are not connected, and passengers are required to cross the tracks on an adjoining footbridge. The station has recently been upgraded to allow Easy Access to both platforms.

[edit] Platforms/Service
The station has a reasonably infrequent service, with trains between Moss Vale and Sydney approximately every 1.5 to 2 hours, and only 3 trains on weekdays and 2 on weekends proceeding further to Goulburn. The trains to Goulburn only come in the early morning and in the evenings. There are also 2 CountryLink services per day in each direction - two Xplorer services to Canberra and 2 to Sydney. On the weekend, the morning Canberra service divides at Goulburn, with half of the train proceeding to Griffith; this train returns with the Sunday afternoon service from Canberra to Sydney.

- Southern Highlands Line - intercity services to Campbelltown and Central.
- CountryLink Southern - country services to Sydney (2 per day).
Platform 2:
- Southern Highlands Line - intercity services to Moss Vale and Goulburn.
- CountryLink Southern - country services to Canberra (2 per day) and Griffith (1 per week).

Berrima Coaches runs five routes to and from Bowral railway station:
- 806 - to Bargo.
- 807 - to High Range.
- 808 - to Kangaloon.
- 811 - Between Willow Vale and Moss Vale.
- 816 - Between Mittagong and Moss Vale.

The station has an adjoining bus stop, which is served by the South Coast (Wollongong) to Southern Highlands (Bundanoon) CityRail bus route which operates via Robertson. One service comes from Bundanoon in the early morning heading to Wollongong and a return service from Wollongong to Bundanoon operates in the evening. Three other services come from Moss Vale station, heading for Wollongong: one in the early morning, one in the early afternoon and another the early evening. Return services to Moss Vale arrive in the early and late mornings.
Additionally, the station serves the Bowral to Picton (Loop Line - via Thirlmere) bus line that runs to the towns served by the old Main South railway alignment between Mittagong and Picton. Three services from Picton arrive in the morning, and 3 services to Picton depart from the bus stop in the afternoon. These services only run on weekdays.
