Bowen Hills railway station is a railway station in Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia. It is part of the QR Citytrain network, located in Zone 1 of the TransLink integrated public transport system.

The station is the major junction for the northern lines of the network. It is the branching point for the Caboolture/Shorncliffe and Ferny Grove lines.

• Gold Coast Line – inter-urban express services to Robina
• Cleveland Line – all stations and peak hour express services to Cleveland
• Corinda via South Brisbane Line – all stations to Corinda via South Brisbane and Tennyson (peak hours only)
• Roma Street – services terminating at Roma Street
• South Bank – services terminating at South Bank (weekends only)
