Bovina is a town in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, United States. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,130.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 33.7 square miles (87.4 km²), of which, 33.7 square miles (87.2 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²) of it (0.18%) is water.

As of the 2000 census, there were 1,130 people, 386 households, and 313 families residing in the town. The population density was 33.6 people per square mile (13.0/km²). There were 414 housing units at an average density of 12.3/sq mi (4.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.70% White, 0.27% African American, 0.27% Native American, 0.09% Asian, 0.71% from other races, and 0.97% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.39% of the population.

There were 386 households out of which 36.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.5% were married couples living together, 4.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.9% were non-families. 15.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.83 and the average family size was 3.14.

In the town the population was spread out with 27.3% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 33.1% from 25 to 44, 23.4% from 45 to 64, and 10.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 116.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 116.3 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $54,453, and the median income for a family was $57,083. Males had a median income of $39,476 versus $25,962 for females. The per capita income for the town was $19,102. About 1.3% of families and 1.7% of the population were below the poverty line, including 0.3% of those under age 18 and 7.8% of those age 65 or over.
