[edit] Redevelopment

I have reverted an edit that said the ground is being demolished - it is not - it is one stand that is being demolished. Further, the proposed 'Oldham Arena' is not a new stadium; it is the working name for the redeveloped stadium though it is likely to be renamed with a sponsor's name by then.
