The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:

1. the photo is only being used for informational purposes, in an article about the subject of the photo
2. a free replacement would be very difficult to obtain, as it is a concept car (never publicly sold) from 2001 and will not be exhibited in future.
3. it shows the car's designer, and also shows the interior, while the second fair use image shows the exterior.
